Bridge Builders:
A Leadership Journey

Empowering the Next Generation of Engineers

Connecting students with professionals to foster mentorship, leadership, and career growth.

About the Program

This mentorship program, running August to May, connects ambitious engineering students with experienced industry professionals. It bridges the gap between academic learning and industry experience, preparing the next generation of engineering leaders.

Why We Created This Program:
From the "Launch with Confidence" initiative, JP Warren saw firsthand the talent and potential of students who lacked access to career development. This program addresses that gap by empowering students and creating leadership opportunities for their personal and professional growth.
